They're upset they were suspended. They thought their actions were justified given the circumstances that were at hand. They thought there should have been a full investigation before they were basically issued a summons and arraigned.

As far as law enforcement goes, money is at the root of everything. We need more personnel, more equipment. The DA's office needs more people and money. The corrections department needs more people and space to house prisoners.
