He was throwing strikes, that's the thing. You try to be patient, but if he's throwing strikes with it, you find yourself in the hole.
He has nasty stuff. He was throwing inside and made me go to right. I guess I was due.
He has been big. Today was as wild as he has been, and he still found a way. He gives us an opportunity to win every time he goes out on the mound.
He has his own feelings. You've got to understand his feelings. He's the owner of the team. He doesn't want anybody to get hurt. He's entitled to his opinion. He's the boss. He's always had his own opinion and he always will.
He did a great job. He just kind of teased the strike zone, throwing borderline pitches and making you chase them. It shows you that if you have good pitching, it stops good hitting.

We've been playing well. This part of the season, it's just like in the playoffs. Every game you play is a big game.
We've been playing important games for the last month or so now. It doesn't matter whether we're home or on the road.
We've been playing good for a while. Hopefully, we can continue to do it when we get home.
We had our opportunities. We were in it until the last inning. We put pressure on them.
Even in the minors or at the All-Star game, you're still part of the Yankees. It's going to seem weird to put on another uniform and play for another team. It's a new situation for me but I'm looking forward to it.
Two-out hits are pretty clutch, ... You have to find a way to come through in those situations.
Everybody talks about our offense, but that doesn't win games. Pitching and defense does.
