I don't know how many balls he's hit down the first-base line, ... I don't know when the last time was.
The bottom line is it's never over until the last out. If you've done something before, you always think you can do it again.
If we beat them, it still doesn't make up for what happened last year. They've got great defense and a bullpen that's one of the best. They do all the little things. I think they're a pest for everybody. Yeah, we've had some rough elimination games there. You remember them, but you don't really think about them while you're playing. We've been eliminated in other places.
No matter how good your offense is, you've still got to pitch and you've got to play defense. We didn't have any problem scoring runs last year.
The last thing you need when you're not going well is to look over and see panic on your manager's face. With Joe, he always looks like he's in control. I mean, from being around him so long, I can tell when he's angry. But panic, that's something you'll never see from him.
They're a completely different team (than Tampa Bay).
He's that way in the dugout during games,
(The fans) were with him until he got picked off second.
They do all the little things. I think they're a pest for most teams.
You can't take any more time. Adams gets down the line pretty good. He hit it slow; a high chopper. There was no time to flip to Robbie.
I've been lying to you guys for a long time, saying I wasn't nervous and there's no pressure. There was a lot of pressure to do it here.
I've been with Mo for 14 years. It's mind-boggling when you look at how consistent he's been all these years. I don't think anything he does amazes me anymore.
The feeling is that it's over. It doesn't always happen, but that's the feeling you have. Mo has been automatic for a while.
It's something that happened two or three months ago, ... It really wasn't a big deal, so I don't know why it's a big issue today.
