The first trial was successful. It was good to get out there, get my legs under me a little bit. I didn't get as fatigued as I thought I would. That explosion to the basket I've got to get that.

We play 12 guys, so no one is more important than anyone else. Coach makes you believe that. He was one of those role players, so he knows how important they are.

It was something we had thought about, so we just went out tonight and did what we had to do. We started well, they got back in the game, but we got the win in the fourth quarter.

Hey, this is a very manly stocking and yes, I'll be wearing it all game long. It's supposed to keep compression on it. I don't know why it goes up the whole leg. But I don't think they have a stocking just for the thigh. So I got to wear the whole leg to keep it warm.

We just tried to make every catch tough. We tried to fight him in the post, try to make them throw him a lob and try to squeeze him from the back side. He was struggling to get the ball and having to step out and take some poor shots. To me, that (Bryant yelling at his teammates) just let us know we did our job.
