Richard Manuel Jauronis a former National Football Leagueplayer and coach. He played eight seasons, five with the Detroit Lions and three with the Cincinnati Bengals. Not enough to talk about where it's going to be at the beginning of training camp. I'm certainly aware of him. I didn't study him out of college because at that time I wasn't a head coach and only worked on the defensive side. So I am behind in that regard. First, it is hard for me to picture that as a pass -- it looks more like a fumble. On the holding call, I'm probably seeing what I want to see, but it looked to me like it was in the end zone.

There's always going to be movement in personnel, so your schemes, whatever they are, have to fit your present people but they also need to fit who's going to come in. They can't be so complicated that you need four years to teach it and three or four years for guys to develop.

I don't think it makes any sense for me to predict where anything's going. We all know things are not predictable.
