Is it going to get better? Probably not. You may see some relief in local areas when we open new roads ? for a couple of years.

What the computer model says we need, we can't afford to build. Even though we're building new roads, we're not keeping up.

We don't have a podium, we don't have a microphone. A lot of people are afraid to pick up a microphone. Most people are more comfortable asking questions one on one.

When we opened the bridge, the traffic dropped by half. Now, it's back at the same level as before the bridge. That's only 10 years ago.
