I think the jobs we had with Russell were always taken for granted. The entire community thought it would never happen. We'd had a relationship with Russell for about 100 years. We always thought Russell would be our support beam.

It shows there's an available workforce, and with a good school system and college with a technology center, it certainly speaks that we have a workforce and we have the facilities to train that workforce.
decisions prepared
I don't think any decisions have been made. We'll try to be prepared if they do.
increased russell sales taxes though
Even though Russell was restructuring, sales taxes still increased little by little.
hope
We hope we would get some suppliers out of it.

We know what an asset we have, now we have to protect it. That's what watershed is all about.
