board change gets goal hate last needed side summer upfront
I really hate to use the word, but we were hit-and-miss on that side of the organization, and we needed to change it somehow. So the board and myself set a goal last summer of being a more efficient, more professional and upfront organization with our members. I think this gets us down that road.

The dream of the Internet business is to set up the business and just push buttons, ... that is not effective with these people. They want to have an intimate relationship.
