This is judgment time for who's going to be playing next year too. You're not only playing for now. You're playing for 2006 as well.
This is judgement time for who is going to be here and who's going to be playing next year, too,
Not really. I'm curious to see, sometimes you change stadiums, you change atmospheres, it changes things. So we'll see if they have the same atmosphere and spirit in the new stadium that they have had here for a long time.
The more times you come through, the more times you think you're going to come through. We like to see him come up with runners on base. He has a way of getting hits at the right time.
A couple of balls caught too much of the plate early, ... but we were still in the ballgame. We ended up giving away 4 runs on defense. You can't give away runs in the big leagues, and we didn't play very good defense today.

It's just not playing good defense. They're playing hard. Playing hard isn't good enough. You have to play to win and play to win every day, and that's what we're here for.
It's just the last few days that he's been complaining that he can't run. Hopefully, it won't be too long. It doesn't appear too serious.
It seems like we have trouble keeping them in the ballpark. If we could keep them in the ballpark, it'd be different.
It's easier to teach them to pull than use the whole field.
It seems like whenever you walk a speed guy like that late, it hurts you.
It seems like whenever you walk a guy late like that, especially a speed guy, he ends up scoring. We had some opportunities early, but Drew drove in both runs with two two-out hits to beat us, and that's the name of the game.
It's at a point of no decision yet. It's not a 'no,' but it's not a 'yes.' I think he's leaning toward that way. Personally, I'd rather have him go down early while he's still in baseball shape and play, and then come home in December.
