We've got some mental things to work on. We lost our composure and spent too much time in the penalty box and in the end, that killed us.

We will use this to learn and as a stepping-stone. I think the real test of the team mentally would be that when those things happen, when adversity pops up, you learn from it and use it to make yourselves better.
