I don't want them focusing on wins and losses right now. Make the kids understand we're building.

He's getting a lot of praise from opposing coaches and umpires. He's pretty much an assistant coach right now.

I really like the freshmen and sophomore classes right now. We have a very good core.

It's just a matter of getting the system in, it's not completely in yet...when the system gets in I think we're going to show improvement.
bad program turn
We feel bad for him because we're going to turn the program around and he's not going to be around to see it. He's going to be part of the foundation.

We're a young team, we're re-building, and we're certainly trying to teach the kids and make sure they remain positive.
