broke gave happy hopefully horses sharp
Hopefully he's back. He broke sharp and was right with those horses from the go. ... He never gave up. I was very happy with his race.
behind broke great hole kicked leaders-and-leadership opened sat
He broke great and sat behind the leaders. That hole opened up, and he got right through it and kicked on very strongly.
broke fourth middle pull time tried
He broke down behind. We were fourth at the time and I tried to pull him out so he didn't go down in the middle of the field.
again broke felt himself hit horses left mind nice perfect plenty scary step super trip turning waiting
It was a super trip all the way around. He broke so well, and put himself in perfect position. I felt comfortable every step of the way. Other horses would come to him, and he would just take off again ... a really nice ride, and he did it easy, and that's the scary part. Turning for home, I hit him to get his mind on business, but he was just waiting for me to tell him what to do. There is plenty left in that tank.
break followed humor humorous saw sharp
I saw Sharp Humor break sharp so I just followed him.
couple fog hoping horses lost race
Why shouldn't Lost in the Fog be the even-money favorite? ... He is 10-for-10. But I'm hoping that they all soften him up for me. There are a couple of horses in the race with a lot of speed.
anyone full run step
I don't think anyone was going to go by her. She was full of run every step of the way.
anywhere class fog horses lost puts rode speed starting talent
He showed a lot of talent and class that day. Lost in the Fog has a lot of speed and you can place him anywhere you want. In the stretch, he puts horses away. And when I rode him, he just was starting to rise.
ability horse strong tons
He's a very strong horse with tons of ability.
ride
He loped a little when he made the lead. I had to ride him at the end, but I wasn't all over him.
changed horse
Everything changed when that horse stumbled out of the gate.
hard horse proud tried
My horse tried real hard and I was very proud of him.
aggressive left ran
She ran really well in Florida. She was very aggressive out of the gate, on the bit, but she had enough left in the tank.
gaining good horse position quicker
She was in a good position but (Proposed) had quicker acceleration than my filly. I think that was the difference. But my horse was gaining and she galloped out good and strong.
