couple fog hoping horses lost race
Why shouldn't Lost in the Fog be the even-money favorite? ... He is 10-for-10. But I'm hoping that they all soften him up for me. There are a couple of horses in the race with a lot of speed.
cover either proven race sets wants
If she wants to go to the lead, we could, or I may cover her up. She can go either way. She has proven that. I will have to see how the race sets up.
best fast handle horse race training
He's the best horse in the race, and I don't think I should be worried. I mean, he's training super. He's doing great. We just have to find out how well he will handle a fast track, and I think he will do that fine.
gave great horses outside race worked
It worked out great for me. The other horses in the race all had the speed. So I just waited, and when I went outside in the stretch, she gave me another gear.
advantage asked horse kicked race speed took
This horse was the only speed in the race, and I took advantage of it. When I asked him, he kicked it in strong.
against control great race run start wonder
She was in control of the race from the beginning. It was great for her first start back. She had run against Intercontinental and Wonder Again (last year).
came front good last races ran run super tough year
She can run on the front or come from behind. She ran some tough races last year and she came back real good this year. There's a long year ahead, and she just did a super job.
break followed humor humorous saw sharp
I saw Sharp Humor break sharp so I just followed him.
anyone full run step
I don't think anyone was going to go by her. She was full of run every step of the way.
anywhere class fog horses lost puts rode speed starting talent
He showed a lot of talent and class that day. Lost in the Fog has a lot of speed and you can place him anywhere you want. In the stretch, he puts horses away. And when I rode him, he just was starting to rise.
ability horse strong tons
He's a very strong horse with tons of ability.
ride
He loped a little when he made the lead. I had to ride him at the end, but I wasn't all over him.

Everything changed when that horse stumbled out of the gate.
hard horse proud tried
My horse tried real hard and I was very proud of him.
