contact good guys hang main win worked year
We had a lot of contact tonight, but you know what? I'm not going to hang my head. These guys worked their butts off all year long but we didn't make the Chase. The world's not over with. The main thing is that we need to go and win a race. I think that would be good for all the guys.
richmond win
I feel like going to Richmond there's only one thing we can do and that's go to try and win the race,
hot whoever winner won
I don't know why a different winner has won here every year. It's just whoever is hot at the right time.
couple last owners races running season top win
What we want to do these last 10 races is just get back to where we were running. We know the world hasn't come to an end because we're not in the top 10. Our season is not over just because we're not in it. We've got to go out and win a couple of races for this team, our owners and our sponsors.
car fun last taking top victory win year
We're going there (California) to win because we had so much fun there last year in Victory Lane. We think we're taking a car that can win, or at least get in the top five.
bit great laps mark million nineteen running trade trick win
Nineteen laps to go, running for a million bucks, you're going to do every little trick in the trade and everything you know how to do to try and win the race, ... Mark outsmarted me a little bit on that one. That was a great job. He did a great job.
amplified fun last mess mouths points pressure race victory win word year
In our position, you just can't mess up. (The pressure is) just amplified a little bit. But that's part of racing. For my team, the word points is not even going to come out of our mouths when we get to California. We're going there to win the race because we had so much fun there last year in victory lane.
again alive caused everybody guess last maybe racing rid streak trying win wreck year
I guess he's trying to keep his streak alive -- he caused a big wreck here last year and he caused a big one again this year, ... Maybe that's his way of racing here at Talladega ... try to get rid of everybody so he can win the race.
car care cars coming fall forget good points race runs win worry
The ball's in our court, ... All we have to do is go and try to win each race and not worry about the points, forget them, and just let them fall where they may-- We're coming to two racetracks that the 38 car usually runs good at. We're pretty optimistic. All we got to do is just go through the motions, get our cars comfortable, and we're going to let the points take care of themselves.
breaking found guilty lose rules team
I think when a team is found guilty of breaking the rules, the team should also lose points.
crosses envelope gets knows line nobody push somebody sure until
I think it's up to the drivers. We don't know where the line is until somebody crosses it. Until somebody gets called in for a pass-through penalty, nobody really knows where the line is. I'm sure we're going to push the envelope come (today).
driving guys help idiots stop
I think this is going to help stop guys from driving like idiots out there.
chase couple ground guys race run stand trying upset year
I think Dale is just upset that we're all trying to race to get into the Chase and he's not going to take it anymore, and I'm not either, ... We've had a couple of guys run over us this year and we're going to stand our ground and we're not going to take it anymore.
act again behind definitely happened happens head might react rug swept
We've kind of swept that under the rug a little bit, but it's still in the back of my head a little bit. If that happened again, especially here at Richmond, I think I might act a little differently. That's definitely behind us but I will react a little differently if that happens again this year.
