girls ground hit last running saw time tough year
Last year I think it was tough on the girls and me because I was a first year coach. The first time I saw any of them was the first day of practice. I can kind of hit the ground running more this season. I think I am more comfortable around the girls and they are more comfortable with me.

She (Virta) is a leader by example. I'm excited with the energy she has brought this season.

Our strength is the girls will enjoy winning and losing together. I don't think that was always the case last year. It definitely will be more what can I do for the team and less individualistic. We will enjoy the highs and help each other through the lows.
hardest last schedule third week
Last week was a long week for us. We try to put the week in perspective. We are still optimistic. The first third of our schedule is probably the hardest part of our schedule.
