There's a lot of gas in storage on the East Coast (after a mild winter). But electric generation does have an impact.
filing lower prices rate since
(Natural gas) prices have come down since they filed (for a rate increase). Hopefully, this filing will lower the rate for this summer.

I know it sounds good. I'm just hoping we can see some follow-through. They've been talking about this since the '70s.
