Investors are going to wonder just what is going on at General Motors. It's been my experience that if you find one accounting problem, it's just a representation of the iceberg that's below it.

By no later than the end of this year, the board is going to have to come out with some very strong statements that show they're in control of the company. Right now, people like myself are wondering if the board is in control.
