He's got to be a real lowlife to do something like that at a time like this. It's the Louisiana way of doing business, I guess. But there is a quiet majority now that's sick and tired of this. People are fed up with these crooks.
A lot of lawyers are going to be arguing over this. I think what we all would like to see is for the Legislature to meet and pass a comprehensive statute that addresses all these issues, and not an order that was written on an emergency basis.
