Gary Claude Blair is the head coach of the Texas A&M Aggies women's basketball team. In his 26 years as a collegiate head coach, Blair has only suffered one losing season, and has reached postseason play 24 times, including 19 NCAA Tournament appearances, including 2 Final Four appearances in 1998 and 2011. This kid (Aqua Franklin) started every game for me last year at the point. Now she's a sophomore, and one of the better ones in the Big 12.

This isn't a Cinderella team. This is a team that's playing up to its expectations and you do it with defense first, rebounding second and offense third. It seems kind of funny that we're tied with La Tech for that last spot. That's where I learned all those things.
