It is disturbing to me that they can arrest and keep you without charge and disappear you off the face of the Earth because of the way your name was spelled. There's a tremendous prejudice the government seems to be applying that scares me. We should hold rigidly to the rule that you have to have a search warrant. Holding people incognito is outrageous.
