Gene DeFilippo
Gene DeFilippo is an American sports executive and former college athletics administrator. He served as the athletic director at the University of South Carolina–Spartanburg—now known as the University of South Carolina Upstate—from 1984 to 1987, at Villanova University from 1993 to 1997, and at Boston College from 1997 to 2012. continue definitely good learning problem problems process takes traffic
It is a problem but it is a good problem. And it is going to become more so as we continue to be good. We are going to have to get more seats, do something with the traffic and parking. It is a learning process for all of us and we keep learning more as we go through it. This definitely takes things to a new level. It's one thing about the ACC -- we never had problems like this in the Big East.

That's the hard part. With the distance they did us a disadvantage. Here we are getting home (last night) at 7:30 at night, and we are going to have to leave (tomorrow). That's tough to turn around with cheerleaders and players and coaches and the bands, the pep bands and the administration.

We all sometimes take ourselves too seriously. I want them to think that I'm one of them, that this is their school and we can all have a lot of fun laughing at ourselves.
