We've got an agreement with Delphi that is satisfactory. We've been trying to find a soft landing for these individuals.

They have to get this resolved so they move on to the other issues. Until they know how many people will be left after the retirements take place, they won't know how much money GM will have to pay to subsidize the wages and benefits for its former workers who are left at Delphi, once the new pay scales are implemented.

Delphi is telling the bankruptcy court that if nothing changes in terms of their union agreement, they won?t have money to pay their light bill by the end of 2007. So there?s definitely going to be a need for changes.

I'm feeling more hopeful now than I did a few months ago. I look for them to announce a settlement on the retirements in the next few days.
