I've been fishing as a pro for 25 years, and never in my life have I had so much excitement. It's been such a roller coaster this last year. I've been way down, and I've been as high as you can get. This last year was one of the best I ever had. I won that big FLW tournament last year, finished in the top 10 in BASS and in the top 10 at FLW.

I think it'll be a typical Beaver tournament, with weights maybe a little lower than normal because you can't see (the fish). But the water's been warming up and they're starting to bite better every day.

I'm glad I did come. I had a good tournament, and BASS was nice to me. It makes me feel good to be going out on a good note.
