Alfie is getting better by the day. He's been training this week and both he and Martin will have fitness tests on Friday before we travel. We remain hopeful on both of them, although Martin's groin is still causing him a bit of concern, so we'll have to wait and see what happens with that.
champions county cup last nice pleased possession seasons won
We're very pleased to have won the cup back. They (Cornwall) have had possession of it for the last two seasons and it's nice being county champions to have the Tamar Cup as well.
