I wanted to balance three equal lines, and I think it worked pretty well. Carrollton-Farmers Branch is second in the division (with 23 points) and we hung in the game until the third.

We could have and should have beaten them. I think we'll give them a run for their money. Our kids have a lot of heart, and our goalkeeper (Patch Skinner) is playing with a lot of heart at the goal. He's going to give it his all if the players in front of him do. We have just one shot to shock the Silver Division, and we want to do that.

We tried this because in the past, nobody knew who they'd be skating with. There just wasn't any chemistry. So if we run this the rest of the season, it will help develop chemistry.

We used the same strategy that we've used the last three or four games. But once again, I think it was the hard work and the focus that's showing what type of team we really are.

We're going to have to be in a scoring race. We have to be high scoring, and that's not us. They're a great offensive team, so we're going to have to counter.
