I've heard their kids are still playing hard. When you're struggling it's easy in late January for kids to kind of quit.

I think Merrillville is the clear favorite. They've beaten everybody in our sectional and I think everyone would prefer not to have drawn them. ... We get a break with the bye, but we have to beat Merrillville at some point, so why not start out with a chance to beat them.
