forming group parents programs quality seemed single thrust work
The thrust seemed to be on programs that, for instance, (relate to) the homeless, single parents and quality housing. We had representation from organizations that work with residents in Rainier Beach. Ultimately, that's what our group is about: forming alliances and collaborations.

That's something that hasn't happened before. Up to this point, the focus has been collecting and reporting WASL (Washington Assessment of Student Learning) scores, so folks know what the schools in the neighborhood are producing.
