I think it will pass next week. It fell apart when the Lt. Governor adjourned the senate because they did not have a quorum.

When we're funded better and you can look at this historically, tuition is not increased or it is increased at a lesser level. So it is really important that the state continue to maintain their share so we can continue to keep to the tuition down so that every body has access. Federal-grants-in-aid hasn't kept up. So if we want to continue to make college affordable, this is the type of year we need to have.
