Harry C. Stonecipheris a former president and chief executive officer of American aerospace companies McDonnell Douglas and, later, Boeing. Stonecipher orchestrated the merger between McDonnell Douglas and Boeing, and was widely credited with the seeming resurgence of Boeing after government procurement scandals.
