announced beginning couple deep game games leads pitching record shocked slip surprised
I was a little surprised when they announced his record at the beginning of the game that he was 1-0. That shocked me because he has been pitching much better than that. He has got us deep into games and has been very sharp, but we have let a couple of leads slip away.

It can take time to find out. We're starting to feel what we're capable of doing. Sometimes teams peak too early. I'm hoping we'll peak at the right time.
