Jackie Spencer Mooreis a former Major League Baseball catcher, coach and manager. He spent all or parts of 12 years over five separate terms as a Texas Rangers coach, and 32 years in all as a coach for eight different MLB teams. Moore managed in the Majors for the Oakland Athletics, and played part of one season with the Detroit Tigers as a third-string catcher in 1965...

division good played playoffs possibly win work
Things didn't work out well for us. Considering everything that happened, we had a good season. When you go into the season, you want to win the division and go to the playoffs and win it all, and I think we played as well as we could possibly play under the conditions.

Every outing, especially his last outing in Nashville, he looked like the Carlos of the past,

He was rusty. But velocity-wise he was about 91 (mph). He just pitched an inning, but he's out there and healthy and that's a step forward for him.
