The buyers are saying we are not willing to pay these prices. The sellers are saying you are asking me to lower the price, but I see that if I compare it I am very well priced. My answer is everything is overpriced.

I think that in that area, it's very clear that you have much more chances of positive appreciation in the next five to 10 years because of all the monies that are going to go there. There is so much interest there about what are we going to do, how are we going to develop?

There is a standstill situation. We all thought September was going to be a strong month, but that did not happen. The phones did not ring. Turnout at the open houses was low, lower than we had expected.
