It's a true thrill to be here at the American Stock Exchange as Gen. Washington and to promote him as the great man he was. Crossing the icy Delaware as he did in 1776 was a tremendous feat.
case gone mentally mileage missed next ready session training weeks
Training has gone very well. I haven't missed a session and I've been working hard. The mileage has been put in and these next weeks will be a case of getting myself mentally ready to race.
