James Todd McLennanis a Canadian retired professional ice hockey goaltender who is now an analyst for The Sports Network, TSN Radio 1050 and NHL Network. I prepare like I'm playing even when I'm not. When you're sitting on the bench and watching the game ... you look at yourself and say, 'How would I have handled that shot?' The other night in Tampa Bay, I'm watching Louie stop these shots and I'm like, 'I don't think I would have gotten that one, or that one, or that one.

I'm sure it's hard for the fans. When there is that instability, it's a struggle.

I heard the whistle, but I got a little nervous after the crowd reacted (to the goal). You never want to let it by you at that point.
enhance hockey people puts stage sure
I think it's good. It puts us on a stage with every other sport that's major. People who know hockey know there really is not a place in hockey for steroids. I'm sure there are things you want to enhance your performance, but I think at the end of the day you'll see we are clean.

When you don't play much you want to contribute when you do. I was really excited to play.
