So, I think what it (the report) does do, in terms of confirming what we've been saying all along, is that there are significant risks to both sides of the Sacramento River on this. It points out that the value to buy the (equipment) will be decided a year from now in a court and that forecasting what it's going to cost to purchase power for the area is unpredictable.
