UK has a unique mission and a unique mandate and I think we've articulated the financial needs for meeting that mandate in our business plan and we've been consistent from Day One that that be adequately funded not only to help the university but to help the commonwealth.

We're hopeful that it will be adopted by the legislature. But obviously there's a lot of competing interests ... it's too early to tell.
