guess guys plays worked
He said to tell you guys that he called all the plays that worked and that I called all the ones that didn't. I guess some things never change.
frustrated harder played player seen since talent worked
He's worked harder than I've ever seen him work since he's been here. He's a player that has a lot of ability, and as a coach, you get frustrated when you see someone that has a lot of talent that in all honesty, hasn't played to his potential.
players waiting week work
It's another important day. You work all week to get ready, and we're just waiting to see how the players will perform.
access advantage close easy game great location monitor practice progress stay work
I think it's really going to be a work in progress all year, ... But we really have a great advantage with our location so close to Tulsa that access is so easy for any game or practice to monitor and stay in touch.
expect good physical players spring worked
I think everyone will be excited. It'll be competitive. We've had a good, physical spring and our players have worked hard. So I expect a good day Saturday.
enjoyed great pick players playing
It wasn't us that didn't want to play. We always thought it was a great series. The players enjoyed playing it. We'll pick up somebody.
learning ready
still in the learning mode. We will need to get some other linebackers ready to play.
golden guys talk
I'm only going to talk about guys that wanted to be Golden Eagles.
learn
Physically, he's capable. Now, he's got to learn our system.
conversation
You can't have a conversation if you don't listen. It wasn't a monologue.
discipline discuss
I'm not going to discuss it, but it was addressed, and I think the discipline was pretty serious.
obvious
It was obvious this was our first game.
critical exciting team time trying
It's always exciting to get back on the field. It's a critical time of the year. You find out so much about your team and you're trying to improve.
depth good moved
He did a good job. Robert's been moved up on the depth chart.
