Lack of affordable workforce housing creates quality-of-life issues. The people we want to help are the people who are your neighbors, people who work at the stores, at the coffee shops. They're teachers, nurses, police officers. One of the great thrills of my business is when I hand the keys to a first-time buyer and they walk into the place and it's theirs.
