hard score unselfish
He has to be able to score for us some. We can't play 2-on-5. It's hard when you can't score from every position. He's an unselfish player, but sometimes being unselfish can be selfish.
final fire hard reality sets
(Freshmen) all think they are going to come in and set the world on fire and go to the Final Four. When reality sets in to them a little bit, they can be a little discouraged. It's up to us to try to get them back. It's just a hard thing when you are going through it.

A win helps, no doubt about it. There's just a different look in their eye when you win. We needed to get this one.

The guys hurt. It's frustrating. We played well enough to win. We just couldn't get it done.
bad beaten half second team
That was not a PG-rated halftime. I thought in the second half we had a lot more energy. The first half was horrendous. One thing I did tell them is they couldn't have beaten a bad JV team in the first half.

We needed them to shoot because we needed to get into the game. But they were making them.

We need to have him score for us. We struggle to put the ball in the basket. He's got to be very aggressive on the offensive end, which he was tonight.

We wanted to take one (shot) and have time to get an offensive rebound. We got the rebound and got jammed pretty good. The clock was running down and we shot it pretty quickly. We got the look we wanted the first time.
certainly guys wish
We wish Dwayne well. We certainly could use him, but we want guys here that want to be at Auburn.

We can't play them man-to-man, so we had to do a lot of stuff, playing zone.
