We need to narrow that gap between our fourth and fifth runner, and having said that, I think the kids gave 100 percent on an unbelievably tough course. This is almost a ridiculously hard course, one of the toughest courses we'll see all year. We really ran pretty well, and the runners gave in everything they had and left it all out there.

I got a long great with the guys at Franklin Pierce, and there were some incredible baseball players on that team, but I didn't think I was going to get an opportunity to play much there. Having Adam already at the school made the transition pretty easy for me.
