Our goal is to help kids find good jobs. Last year, contractors called looking for students who wanted to work in the trades, and several of our students were hired.

Every time we get together it's a good game. It usually comes down to the wire. Most of the games last year were one-run games.

This is the worst storm in about three years. But this sort of stuff happens when you get hit like we did.

His mother and my mother would really overdo it. He'd call and say, 'Granny I'm not feeling good.' She'd go to school and pick him up and on the way home he'd say, 'Can we go to McDonald's?' He was over pampered as a child, never wanting for anything.
