winning feelings special
It is such a special feeling to win a grand prix.
father
My father did everything for me. He was awesome.
training fitness-training
Resting for me is fitness training.
drivers felt
I felt confident at 24, but I am a better driver now.
matter connections want
It doesn't matter how much money you've got, or how many connections, there's always something you want that's out of reach.
black age watches
I've spent as much as 30 grand on a watch but it's not about flaunting my wealth. I don't have many extravagances but watches are my biggest one. I must have 30 of them now. I've been collecting since the age of nine, when I won a black TAG in a karting event.
responsibility son want
If I ever have a son, and if he wants to follow in my footsteps in Formula 1, my main responsibility will be to point out some of the negatives.
rip car skins
To understand the intensity of driving an F1 car, you have to be in it. When you're driving a 750hp machine at 320km/h, the noise and the vibrations are incredible. The G-force when you take big corners is like someone trying to rip your head off. You hit the brakes, and it feels as if the skin is being pulled off your body.
closest looks pace proved quick rivals though
These two have proved how quick Renault is. The pace of the Renaults is very good. At the moment, it looks as though we are their closest rivals but we are not on their pace. Hopefully, we will not let them get away.
drivers easy hot prepared race tough
It's going to be tough for the drivers and engine, its never easy to race in this circuit. It will be very hot and very humid, I think we are very well prepared for tomorrow.
achieve bad conditions data evening hoped improving losing morning order quite testing three track weeks work
Not a bad first day. Having said that it's disappointing that we couldn't achieve as much data as we'd hoped for after losing all of the morning session. The track conditions are quite different to those we encountered in testing here three weeks ago so we have some work to do this evening with today's data in order to keep improving for qualifying.
hopefully motivational needs sort sure
It will be sort of a motivational speech. I'm sure everyone needs it. Hopefully it will make the difference.
circuit maximum
We pretty much got the maximum out of the car. It was a way to get the maximum out of the circuit than anything else.
bit cant help
Its a bit disappointing, but we cant help really do anything,
