It is an acknowledgement of the veterans' service. The fact that the towns are going to the full capacity, it's money, but it's also a gesture on their behalf to thank the veterans for the time they put on a uniform.

They obviously don't know what the rest of their life is going to be. But looking at veterans like myself, they can see they can live a normal life.

The prices on houses have gone up dramatically. This will give them a little more of a level playing field.
