clubs issues needed revenue
There was a recognition by lower-revenue clubs that some of the issues that they had weren't necessarily going to get solved. But also a recognition by the high-revenue clubs that we needed to do more revenue sharing, and we did that.
players sure
I'm sure you can take a lot of these players out here and find they need some surgery.
surprised
I was very surprised that he was still there.
evidence jury looked opportunity people present prove twelve
I looked at it as an opportunity to present the evidence to a jury of twelve people and prove my innocence.
likely
I feel that we'll likely have a deal.
cast lesser moved noticed opinion quite shift surrounded worth
Admittedly, he was surrounded by a (great) cast. Well, now he's got a lesser cast and he went out and did the same things. I've noticed a real shift in opinion on him as we've moved through the year. And that shift is probably worth quite a lot of money.
gone
In general, I am a risk-taker. We've gone down that road.
addition gone player propensity situations worked
He's a player that is a competitive player. He's an outstanding addition to an offense. In general, I am a risk-taker. We've gone down that road. We've had some situations that worked and some that didn't. ... I probably have a propensity to try and make things work.
entire heard horrible id piercing
I heard this horrible scream. One loud, piercing scream. Id never heard anything like that before in my entire life,
ball bit changing concerned defense evolving faster football guys help initially length matter move obviously reason room rules sway
Defense always catches the offense. Always. No matter what adjustments you make, no matter how initially you sway it, the defense catches offense. It's an evolving thing. . . . I'm not concerned about a long-term advantage. You know we want to move the ball and why we obviously keep changing rules to help the offense. The reason you have to keep doing that is because those defenses keep tightening down. The guys are faster and bigger, and we've got the same width and length of a football field. There's no more room to run, and so you've got to give it a little bit of help.
fit looked past shaking year
I looked at this past year as shaking it up better to fit him.
extremely good showing
It's extremely important that they make some kind of good showing at the combine.
effort fact seen strongest
The fact that we're here and doing what we're doing is better than anything I could say. This is the strongest effort I've seen on the league's part.
sure
That's a little heavy. I'm not sure about him; that hurts, buries you.
