That (100 backstroke) was a really big event for us. East had their big swims in the 100 free, and we knew we had to come back and score well.

(Our girls) won every single individual and relay event, which hasn't been done in recent history. We just have really strong talent as far as girls go. We have top swimmers, so we took some chances on the relays. We were able to step up and win all three of them. It was a very exciting meet for us.

We are just so proud of all of our swimmers. They did a fantastic job today. We had some season-best times from everyone, and every single person just gave their best effort.
kids ready work
We're just going to work a lot more on sprinting and tapering the kids down and getting them ready for State. We'll just be resting.
