friday next thinking
I don't want them thinking about Marquette and LSU next week. We've got to get by (Quinnipiac) on Friday night.
indicator next settled strong
I don't have a number, but I have a strong indicator that it will be settled before we play next weekend.
knee needed next proof ready
He needed to get that proof that his knee was fine. He'll be ready for next week.
drafted gifted great hate incredibly kid millions needs next pass potential top year
He's an incredibly gifted kid with great potential who probably needs to come back next year but can't, because he's going to be drafted in the top five, probably. He can't come back and pass on millions and millions of dollars. That's our system. I hate it, but I'm going to tell him if he's going to be in the top five, which I keep hearing, he needs to go.
game games head league next ourselves ready three
That's what this game is all about, getting ourselves ready for the next three games and then head on into our league games.
becoming defend gets incredible next team terrific wings
He's really becoming an incredible player. I think he's been overshadowed. He can rebound, he can defend and he's strong. I think when he gets away from a team that has so many wings he'll be a terrific two guard, and I think he can play at the next level.
felt game games happy meeting next opportunity played six team
On the way down here, it was just a really happy team. They really felt they played well. ... It's going to be a different kind of game (tonight). Over the next 24 hours, at the team meeting (Sunday) and at the shoot-around (today), we'll get an opportunity to really tell them. With only six games to go, there is significance to the game.
coming game god minutes next played score thank
Coming off a Villanova game where he played 13 minutes and didn't score a point, I started him the next game to tell him we've got to get him back. For us to win, we've got to get him back. ... Thank God we got them back.
basketball becoming capable hard nba next office opinion player remember smile starting stepping terrific worked
I'll remember Marcus' smile from the office in the mornings. I'll remember his loyalty; I'll remember how hard he has worked on becoming a terrific basketball player that is, in my opinion capable of stepping into the NBA and starting for someone next year.
assistants associate best coach head name next talent week
He's one of the best assistants and one of the best evaluators of talent that I've ever been around, ... I think in the next week or two we are going to try to name him associate head coach because he's been that good.
caution east gets good home maybe next pack players plays round scares team time tough tournament
The thing that scares me always the most and the thing I caution our players on is that next week, you go home. You go home for the Big East tournament. And then next time you go home, we pack up the uniforms. And this team is good enough to get to Indianapolis. Will it get to Indianapolis? I have no idea. ... Maybe the first round of the tournament some team gets up, plays us tough and we don't execute.
band call defense middle next people playing plays season time wonderful
If we're not playing defense and I call time out, I can tell you right now it's going to be X-rated. I'll go after some people or make some changes. It's not like this is the middle of the season and we can get it done next time. We're all here and it's a perilous journey. It's a wonderful journey, but the band plays on if you lose.
blamed game mistake turned worst
It was the worst mistake he ever made. That was the game we were down by 25 and I turned to him every play and blamed him on it.
playing
This is where you want to be. You want to be playing from the top.
