Basically, there were concerns about the location, the size and the look. Other than that, they were fine with it.
consistent improve improving large quality route vision yard
We've been working for years to improve the quality of Route 1 in that area. A large maintenance yard isn't really consistent with the long-term vision of improving Route 1.
