(Monday) I ran on the treadmill some and ran on the elliptical. I've done the stair-master the past couple of days, ridden the bike and shot around.

I know she went here, but she was an Indiana coach. After we met with her, it eased all my worries. She got me motivated. I was ready to go practice.

You don't lose a shooting touch; it just likes to go on vacation for a little bit. I've been working in the gym on my own. I think I'm back to where I was and hopefully I can improve that a little bit more.
