That's the game of basketball. We could have quit when we're down seven but they kept trying to make plays. You keep trying and maybe the ball will roll your way sometime.
enjoyed game group losses painful ranks thoroughly
This game ranks right up there with one of the most painful losses I've ever experienced as a coach. I so thoroughly enjoyed being around this group of young men. To see it end, it hurts.
boards hurt offensive
That was a big factor. They really hurt us on the offensive boards and got too many second-chance points.
beating close good kick
They are good at beating you off the dribble. They can get penetration and if you close on them they can kick it to someone else.
continue key sticking together
The key is to continue to look at the big picture. We just have to keep sticking together and tweaking to get over the hump.
bottom fighting guys kept line tribute
We didn't play well, but the bottom line was our guys never quit. They kept fighting back, and that's a tribute to them.
