Keeping a team healthy is a huge deal,
Everything in the world today happened to Tony, and he still finished fifth. I got to tell you, that's pretty miraculous right there.
I was concerned. I wanted to see what happened overnight. He gave me a good report.
He's got tons of experience, and he's a very good holder. We felt like it was somebody we need to look at.
Any time you lose, it's tough. There are always 50 plays where you could have won and 50 plays where you could have lost,
Patrick is going to see that he made some real good things. He hit some deep balls and made some key plays for us, and that's partly what I'm referring to. And then he turned the ball over. We can't do that and Patrick knows that.
I couldn't see them overturning that, ... They called it, they reviewed it, and they reversed it. The way their team reacted, I thought it was a done deal. They didn't mention anything to me. They just reversed it.
He's been very, very competitive. Some people are born to be accountants and lawyers. Some are born to be quarterbacks. And he was. He's very tough. We gave him an award this week for being tough. He's a tremendous competitor.
Being what we are, human beings, the natural tendency is that when everybody brags about you, they write good things, you kind of read about it and you back off a little bit. We couldn't play with them last time.
Santana has fantastic ball reaction, ... Very few people can snatch a ball right out of the air like that. And he has great burst. He can be running and he doesn't even put his hands up because he has such confidence. He's very much a downfield threat.
That was FedEx Field the way I remember it. I really appreciate it and I want to say thanks to the fans. It was a big deal. We needed everything we could get today to win this game.
I feel good. Health-wise, I'm probably in better shape than I was a bunch of years before. Being a diabetic, I watch everything I eat. I feel great physically.
I will say this, we don't listen to him all the time or we'd be out here in our underwear.
It's smart. If you are going to make an investment of millions and millions of dollars, you would research them.
